Rarely. I usually go with a simple outfit and stick with it.

I let my wife pick my initial outfit and I didn't change it until I got the Champions set for winning the Masters (gotta have that stat boost ).

Since unlocking a sponsor uniform that gives me +10% bump on all stats I haven't changed. Want change unless in get something that bumps my stats up even more.
