Wow, I'll admit I'm impressed. They took the traditions a step further, are adding bands, cheerleader chants, cannon shots, etc. If they add situational crowd enthusiasm and commentary audio (like when a guy breaks a big run, or kick return or something) they could make the stadium feel alive.

Awesome, love what I'm seeing and I'm glad this is what we got in April.

If this is what we get in April I can't wait to see what we'll be getting in the next 3 months!

A guy in my OD looked at the pic and I think he hit the answer on the head. He said the helmets prolly represented each user in coop play. I was wondering what they were too. I said they look like Power ranger helmets lol. Each helmet signifying a user for coop play makes more sense than anything I can think of.

f*** yeah, it looks like you're right! i never played co-op mode, but yeah, those helmets do look generic.

It be awesome if they could add dynamic commentary. As an example, say someone using Georgia has beaten Auburn four times in a row so, the announcers mention that in their pregame banter.

Exactly.. Come on, did you guys watch football this year? They are just little helmets in the ESPN graphics>not affiliated with any particular team.

uhh...well the shot w/ the helmets IS NOT an ESPN shot. it's a big-12 logo shot. nevertheless, they do appear to be generic now.

Embargo ends April 21st(for NCAA, Madden is April 28th) I believe. you'll see more info and/or screens then. There will probably still be limitations on what they can talk about though, so we wont be getting all the details of the game.

I am speechless, I'm absolutely speechless. Just by this screenshot I know that they have put a lot of effort into this year's game. I am absolutely positive that they have improved every aspect of this game.

I am still waiting to see when they are going to add the reversed color cleats..I have never seen miami wear black and orange cleats, they wear the orange and whites. Also I hope they give us secondary colors to pick from too.

For the first year, it actually seems possible. They're doing so much for presentation, I wouldn't be surprised. If it isn't added this year, my guess is its definitely something they're looking into for future additions of NCAA Football.

Eh nothing really worth mwntioning here. Sure new equipment, and a new intro, but then again I usually skip those because for some reason the service acadamies are not important enough to actually get attention.

Get back to me when we stop talking about paint jobs and go under the hood.

I like my steak to look good, but I enjoy it more when it tastes good.

Also I would love to see a new pitch specifically for the service acadamies. I think we had a thread a couple weeks back about this.

Actually strike what I said. If this game can accuratly represent the acadamies pre-game and make the acadamies feel like the acadamies instead of generic non-AQ school C then I might be sold. If the stands are full of cadets, midshipmen and the pre game cutscene has a bunch of cadets and midshipmen on the field then I'm sold.

Sorry for leaving out Air Force, its just that Army - Navy has more tradition to it.
