MLB 11 The Show Rosters - Operation Sports Full Minors (Opening Day Set)

When you guys says the lineups will reset if you don't control all 30. Does that mean the CPU will randomly set up their lineups and not use the opening day lineups?

How do I keep the 25 man roster of my team like I want after spring training? I really only care about my team.

That is correct. You can do one of three things:

-Download HustlinOwls' 25-man save.
-Remove 15 players per team from the 40-man during spring training.
-Send 15 players down to AAA, AA and/or A during spring training.

Just make sure there aren't 40 men on the MLB roster from the end of spring training before you advance.

first off i want to say thank you to Knight and HustlinOwl and who ever else contributed to these rosters. great job!

ok i have a little problem. i just started my franchise and the in game ticker is not showing scores from around the league. it only shows my current game and says no other games are scheduled when clearly they are.

im assuming this is because of 30 team control, does anyone have a fix for this? or is anyone experiencing this?

Sim all of the other games first, then play yours.

Not if you want the scores and highlights.(in the ticker)

Go to VIEW TODAYS GAMES....hide the scores on the left(I use a piece of paper taped to the top of my monitor I flip over to drape the scores)...and sim each one.
The game thinks you want to play those games, since you're using 30 team control.

question for anyone who can answer...this is my 1st year with the show..do any of the A/B potential specs ever bust??..or do they just keep progressing just at their own pace?...and as im goin through the rosters im noticing some teams really overrate their minor leaguers, such as the royals/tigers...duffy and monty are monster rated along with jacob turner...but then u look at the braves and teheran/vizcaino/delgado are like super underrated, also the mets with wilmer flores and f-mart...im guessing this is a product of the different minds and opinions putting together the teams??...its no big deal, i just went through and made the necessary adjustments...but if anynone can answer that question ^^^^^^above^^^^^^ its greatly appreciated

I don't want to "ruin" it for anyone....but just play it out.

...and just FYI....Flores is good....but I don't think upper echelon....and F-Mart is a SCEA player(not rated by us)

i didnt edit too much...barely touched guys like turner, duffy, monty....i did however raise teheran/delgado/vizcaino to make them middle of the pack in the braves SP's...nothing too extreme though just made them comparable to guys like friedrich/dwyer/lamb, but not as high as guys like kyle gibson/shelby miller/duffy/monty...and im not a mets fan or anything but being from jersey and seeing flores for the past couple years i guess im pretty high on him...i def though he was better then his rating...i see him as a B- spec but i didnt raise his rating that much...hes still last on the depth chart for SS(by rating)....and i cant stand f-mart...i personally think hes garbage, but i thought his rating didnt match other OF specs comparable to him...but i left it...again i dot want people to think im complaining or anything cuz these rosters are sick and i love them...i mean i was the kid back in the day that would get a game like ncaa football or basketball and wouldnt start a game until i put in every single players name lol...so this is amazing...but i still have yet to start my franchise..still goin through teams editing everything...on the Cards then only the NL west remain....cant wait to start already

I'm going to follow the real life transactions/injuries (no in game CPU injuries) from day one. What would I have to change? Basically, I'm following the season to a tee. I'm not using Owls roster. I'm starting out with the 40 on (extra step). anything else need changing other than forced trades, no cpu trades, waivers, etc?

I thought it did use an option with your method and the major league players who start the season are at Single A and therefore there is no notification for when they come off the DL? I am getting so confused!

you are correct on the no notification, but Knight was somehow able to get notifications. As far as the option, I will have to double check that one
