Is it cheating to do drills in assocation?

it is like automatically pick a rating and increase it, but like for derozan, i wants him to be able to shoot threes too, but he probably won't develop that himself, so should i do drills or not, and if i do, how do i do it without feeling cheating??

I find it really cheap because i am the only one adding the ratings, while the other 29 teams controlled by the cpu they don't do such thing, they let the players increase ratings naturally while i just add them with drills, so is really unfair and cheating??

You do what you want in your association, don't let others ruin the fun. Just because other people say it's cheap doesn't mean you have to let it affect your association, just have fun

Nah, the raptors suck anyway. Its not like your team will be overpowered or triple your wins just b/c Demar can hit from behind the arc. You should get something outta that ridiculous contract

            This man speaks the thruth.

If you find it fun, do it. I try not to overthink when gaming, if it's fun, that's all I need to be happy.

Personally, I use it for building specific skills into my role players and for any of my starters weaknesses. I dont feel its cheating. Especially since you can just adjust the sliders to increase the difficulty if it gets too easy after impeaching your players.

I use it only on players on their rookie contract or with their rookie option picked up.

I don't feel like it's cheating. Especially because I use it to improve younger players. I really only use the dribble course. I like how it makes player faster and quicker, as well as being better ball handlers. I use it to make slow guards quicker or turn a PF/SF into an actual athlete.
                    It's a canes thing.
