I do believe in 2nd chances....but not when u make millions to play a GAME! stallworth killed a man and got to come back and play! And when someone gets caught smoking weed or gets in a fight on the field, they get to continue their career, they might get a fine or miss some games, but they get to keep their job.....anyone else have that luxury? I know if I take a random drug test and get caught smoking weed or get in a fight @ work, I’m gone and not coming back! no 2nd chances....so yes, when someone does something like that were OBVIOUS common sense should kick in and say hey, maybe dog fighting isn’t the right thing to do, then yes, u r gone, FOREVER! go flip burgers for a living like the rest of America because u screwed up what millions only wish they could do....ok I’m off and soap box is pushed back under bed ^_^

they fixed the back foam piece of the riddell helmet and added a green dot. perhaps this means that the aded the new helmets to the game finally,

As INSIGNIFICANT as it may be, I'm happy to see the green dot on Vick's helmet. Madden is not exactly the poster-child for attention to detail. But with the various player accessories added over the years, plus more effort to get the player's equipment correct, it's good to see a noticeable improvement in the detail area.

With presumably more equipment + accessories to be shown in the coming weeks (months), M12 may be the most visually authentic NFL game ever.

Im just hoping they feel like adding the REVO SPEED QB facemask this year or any number of other things that either look bad or are missing completely.

thats the closest i could find but he needs a neck..the player models in Madden are so bad. You can also see the different shades of green. They need to fix that too.

Just fired up Madden 11 and zoomed in a Vick shot. Looks the same. Can't tell any difference from 11 to 12 with that shot.

I don't think the game has ever had a problem with graphics, especially still shots. It's when the game is actually being played where the problems surface. I don't spend the majority of time looking at pretty replays. I want the game to move very fluid and realistic when I am playing it. NCAA has really achieved a good level of this.

yeah, that discoloration is likely because the picture was taken with a camera. as far as the neck, he's hunched over to receive the snap and the cam is low.

There's too much space between him and #67. He looks at least a few yards away from them.

I think the neck thing will be fine. It hasn't been an issue in the recent past, and I don't suspect it'll be in M12. Just the angle in which the screen was captured.

So you think Madden is at the peak then? I very much disagree. For instance, every year we get those super shiny jerseys(had them before & in that picture) we get so much texture changes. Last year was actually less shiny and better. It looks like textures appear/dissapear all over the feild(they pop in and out). The transitions need to be much smoother or dont add them at all. Madden has ALWAYS done this.

And personally, Madden is a 6/10 graphically to me. I'd give the helmets a 10/10 though. They nailed those IMO. Field & lighting so far has been aweful. Crowds and sidelines aweful too. Player models are still not great. Coaches are alright. Cut scenes like getting off the bus feel like ps2 IMO.

So for me, this game needs much work in the graphics area to be perfect as you are emplying
