Does anyone understand how these work? It seems almost random to me. For some reason I throw these max effort pitches without even trying to all the time. Can anyone help me?

Re: Maximum Effort Pitches
It's how to tell how much mustard you're putting behind a pitch with Analog Pitching. Is there any indicator? I've heard with Classic, there's a rumble with full effort pitches.
I know it's the faster you move up, but I don't know if I'm accidentally moving too fast all the time and if, when I try to throw full strength, if it's fast enough.NHL - Philadelphia Flyers
NFL - Buffalo Bills
MLB - Cincinnati Reds

Re: Maximum Effort Pitches
I am using analog. The way you tell if it is a max effort pitch is that the meter will turn from white to yellow. That is the only way I can explain it. It just seems like my "normal speed" is too fast for a regular effort pitch.Comment

I thought that was to indicate you had hit your spot on the top ball accuracy marker. In fact, I'm almost positive it is.NHL - Philadelphia Flyers
