Best things to download off 2kshare

I've done most things in the game, i'm getting a little bored, what are the best things to download off 2kshare that are cool, like a roster, a created team, a player, anything.

There's always old school rosters that people make, try those out. They can be pretty fun when your starting to get bored.

you could put all the classic players on the modern teams and go play my player and try to beat them

This might be a stupid question, but..

Let's say I changed D.Rose's height to 7'5 in the roster. Would he be 7'5 in My Player mode, too? Because I once created a player and put him on the Bulls, and he was on the team when I created a new association, so this means that if I would've changed Rose's height he would have that height in my association.. But does this also count for My Player mode? That's awesome..

Why would you make him 7'5" in the 1st place? ... And the best kind of file(s) to download off of 2k Share are the Classic Rosters. It's kind of fun at times to play with the players who helped make the game what it is today.

Just for fun. I've made Brian Scalabrine a 7'6 99 overall player.

Only 2 games left in the Summer Circuit, then I'll get to see if it worked. ;D

You should check out Hardwood Classic Roster thread in the roster section. (it's a sticky on the top)

Roster makers completed about 15 years of classic NBA seasons. There is some hex edit stuff going on with them as well so it can have proper uniforms, courts and much more.

I usually do playoffs mode for those seasons I actually watched growing up. They really did an awesome job of recreating players from the past. I highly recommend it.

The real 2k insider has re edited I believe 95% of the players in the game, if you want a more realistic feel for the game.

This. These rosters are a must-have for guys like me in the over-30 demographic. Brings back some fond memories and really makes playing the game a lot of fun.

Another fun thing to do is to create a custom Association; what I did was take all the Classic teams included with the MJ Challenge and swapped out bottom-feeder current-day NBA teams. It's cool to see Magic and Showtime running up against KG and the current-day Celtics.
