^^^ this.... reminds me somewhat of the Wizards this year in real life. Young talent but will take a while to develop. At least you have two solid perimeter defenders in harden and prince, and a solid shot blocker/ rebounder in Dalembert. Continue to grow Hickson's game and you could have a nice one/two punch with him and knight in the pick and roll game.

Not horrible, needs time to develop, but definite potential with a few more pieces.
