Game flow and game planning are two different things.

I know they're two different things but you make a game plan which will then be used in game flow. Right?

And like someone already said CBS is probably just about the style of presentation not actual CBS logos, broadcast teams and graphics. Phil already said thats not happening this year. Unless that is something planned for M13.

I love the fact we can sub in fresh legs for running back, this can come in handy for tiring a defense for the fourth qtr. Nice job EA.

Essentially.

You set up your custom playbook with any plays you want.

You then set up a gameplan dictating which plays from your custom playbook you want called in each situation.

Gameflow then calls a play from your gameplan so you don't ever actually see the playcall screen if you don't want to.

I just hope packages are in this year - phil Frazier has ignored my tweet about it which isn't promising as he normally answers questions promptly

I recall reading somewhere that they were using professional camera men and cinematographers, some from cbs, so i think they're just trying to replicate the cbs presentation with an EAsports feel

@BlazenHawks We've certainly thought about it. Many issues involved. All difficult but not impossible. Need to nail one good version first.

Now just need to find out what CORE BANTER and *EDEC* (maybe edec is part of predecessors?) have in common. Hopefully a new commentary system. But I guess that'd be coming for M13 at the earliest since they didn't mention it with presentation.

I think they are probably still working on the announcing, and I would assume that they would rather show us the improved commentary, instead of just talking about it. Hopefully, they are waiting until they finish it and show us how it's vastly improved. It makes or breaks whether Madden 12 can be in the same sentence as MLB The Show and NBA 2K.

MLB The Show? That commentary may look good next to Madden's, but its really not that great. NBA 2k? Yea, easily the best commentary behind MLB 2k.

Digging the new scoreboard. As for that being a ticker on the bottom, if so it must be on the last game and over with because it is way too empty.

I dont think it's a ticker. It might be some menu from the thing they used to pause the screen or whatever, hence the dark grey shade box around most the TV and the large pause sign

For those of you discussing what 'Bench' is, it's a play. Double twins gun formation where the outside guys run 5 and outs, slot guys run post corners. Great play..

I don't understand why ANYONE would use game flow, Why would anyone want the CPU to dictate what plays you run? & I guess it's "faster" but I can pick plays 5-10 seconds longer then Gameflow which isn't a big deal....

I'm more intrigued by whats on the dry-erase board than the screen shot. CBS? I'm guessing that it's not gonna mean what I hope it means.
