Madden NFL 12 Screenshot - New Main Menu Revealed, Coaching?

I wonder if User Profile Stats are lurking anywhere beneath those headings... They have been mysteriously absent for the last year or two. With the talk of more old-gen features finding there way back in the game, this should be one of them so stat junkies and those looking to track performance can see what's behind the numbers and which areas of their game they can improve.

The title screen isn't revolutionary. It would be great to see random players rotated throughout the title screen like it was in the past based on if the user profile is set to a favorite team or random (so they see random teams/players. Along with player images, pics of cheerleaders, mascots, stadiums, and significant moments would be cool to see on a random rotation. No offense to Hillis, I prefer to see the Gold Rush girls among other cheerleaders. I'm sure I'm not alone.

I didn't know what the main menu look like was so important lol. i'm interested in what's coaching for maybe custom playbooks an coach editing/philosophy

Coaching?? Like the new feature with the Custom playbooks and others. So much better than the Madden 11 menu screen

I bet you its real basic, I could be wrong but im thinking its just roster editing, gameplanning, and custom playbooks. On the other hand I would be thrilled if their was a create a coach, and editing of current coaches. I would love to have a full editor so belichick could finnaly be in the game

This looks like madden nfl 03, nice and clean and the cover guy to the right, hopefully there taking more pages from back when madden was a must own bc they worked on it, instead of count there money and say froget this game this year, but with a new gang tackle feature and you can now hold someone up and wait for your buddies help, and one thing i have noticed is the invisible sideline seems to be gone, what im talking about is you would always stop at the sideline and drag your feet, but this now looks like you can actually run out of bounds, that would be nice considering they've had the force field that keeps you in isn't fun or realistic, overall game looks good this year, can't wait for more than 30 secs gameplay, maybe a demo.

I too miss the old days of picking your favorite team, or even NFL, and having that as your background. Oh well.

i personally liked Madden 08's menu screens - especially because we can have a video of our favorite team in the background
