Forced trades not working in 2nd season

Okay. This is driving me crazy. Im in franchise mode controlling 1 team. Made trades my first season and was able to do trades that were forced. Now im in year two and no trades will go through. Has nothing to do with budget.What is going on?

Not sure. Not sure if anyone will have an answer either. I don't think anyone else has, or will, ever use the forced trade option.

I didnt want to have use force trades but in my franchise I simmed a lot, got 4 seasons in and then strange things happened. After spring training I was in the negatives budget wise and couldnt sign anyone to field enough players for my team. There was a bunch of stars in free agency at the start of the season. I simmed a couple games in and the computer auto fillled my roster with free agents. They decided to sign nothing but stars so now Im really in the negative for my salaries.So I figured I would trade these high paid guys to teams who had money for them. No trades would go through at all with force trades on. So.?????????IDK???

The reason I did that franchise with force trades on is because I got frustrated with no trades at all being able to go through after about three seasons. Never got offers from other teams .

So what is causing trades to be so jacked up after a couple of seasons? Now I guess I could a30 team chise and I have already learned some ways to avoid getting into this mess. Its just little nessed up I have to keep restarting and find work arounds

When you start your franchise you have the choice and it cant be changed.

You turn it on at the roster control screen, when you first start your franchise. It can't be turned off once you have it on.

You don't really need forced trades on 30 person control, I don't think. If you see a bad trade pop up in Pending Transactions, just go to the relevant teams page, decline it,put Trades on Manual for the CPU and then go in and make the necessary changes to the trade.

I use force trades but am still in the first season. Ill let you know when I get there but this is a concern since Im not controlling all 30 teams.

I cant make any trades either they all get rejected even one that are one sided in their favor. Am in spring training of my 3rd season.
