    VCH

Faced a pitcher the other day that threw a VCH. I figure it must be some kind of a change up.
Anyone know what the V is?

To be more specific it's a type of change which is kind of a cross between a changeup and a splitter. Instead of putting the ball between the index and middle fingers, you have it between the middle and ring fingers. Just like you're making the symbol from Star Trek and putting a baseball in the middle of it.

I wish SECA would ad the Vulcan Change so that you could assign it to any player. Other pitchers i wish they would add are the Gyroball (Only Dice K has it), the Eephus and the Spitball.

I would also like to see the VCH and Eephus, however the Gyroball that Dice-K has available is nothing like an actual gyroball (this is from MLB 10 the show, hey may have changed it in 11, i haven't used it yet) on the game it is like a fast slider/cutter, where as an actual gyroball has more of a Running Fastball/2Seam movement, completely opposite to the game one... And the Spitball is illegal so in keeping with the 'realistic' baseball experience i doubt they could include it... But the idea of different pitches is something that i do like...
