Yes. NBA 2K11 has this. If Kobe plays heavy minutes in back to back games....there's a good chance he may not shoot well in the following game. And if you look at his fatigue it'll say "exhausted."
You're right....that would be pretty cool in football. I know they have it for individual games (like players running slower late in games). But I'd like to see a team be a little sluggish coming off a Monday Night game on short rest.
