Well you sure like to hinge on the fact that EA does so many things wrong and can't do a single new feature properly, or the fact that any new feature has to be labeled a "gimmick".
And you're whole lame attempt at "fixing my post" was troll-worthy IMO considering I answered your question but instead you resorted to that.
And me fixing your post was a joke. Sorry you have blind faith in this game. I don't. I have been burned too many times. Like I said before..

You did say it was a fact. I agree it is a fact. If you don't believe me then you haven't been playing Madden since the 90's like me. And if you claim that they do, you may want to go pop in M11, make the playoffs with the Vikings or Rams with homefield and enjoy the pregame show.

Also way to hang on me misspeaking/typing. EA ****s up sometimes, it's no secret, but so does every other company that makes sports games.
I also like how you keep using the pre-game flyover in domes as you're primary argument against anything. I can play that same game with any other sports game. Glitches happen.
BTW we got the little tagline the first time. You don't have to keep re-hashing it like you're a professional wrestler.Originally posted by bradtxmaleI like 6 inches. Its not too thin and not too thick. You get the support your body needs.

Yep, I have blind faith in a franchise that I've had no problem passing over 4 times on these current systems ('06, '07, '08 & '09).

Re: Madden NFL 12 Franchise Mode Details, More Coming Monday (IGN)
What if EVERYTHING they have announced so far for Madden 12, is as incomplete and poorly implemented as some stuff in the past? Is there any reasonable chance of that making Madden 12 worse than Madden 11?
Personally, I have not been immersed or actually enjoyed a next-gen Madden, thus far. I only tolerated them because Madden is the only NFL game allowed. However, I can honestly say, if ALL the improvements announced for Madden 12, were a complete bust, I am still excitedly optimistic about the effort being demonstrated for trying to make a reasonable simulation NFL football game.
How can EA Football as a WHOLE, including devs, the new GM and even marketing, placing all this focus on being "TRUE" to core football fundamentals, be a negative?Comment

Re: Madden NFL 12 Franchise Mode Details, More Coming Monday (IGN)
I really think some of these things they are implementing are awesome. Very good ideas, and those who know me, I am a tough, tough critic of the madden team. I call it like I see it. The way I see these types of things is I think they are really good ideas. Very cool. I think it's great that it affects the logic of the teams are managed. If the franchise mode is built as a single franchise mode that allows you to simply use all of this in an "online franchise", I will be in line at midnightComment

Re: Madden NFL 12 Franchise Mode Details, More Coming Monday (IGN)
I don't see how the lack of dynamic weather is "laziness" on the part of EA Tiburon. It's not like they can just plug evolving weather during games into the game in a blink of an eye.
What other sports video game to this point has even had dynamic weather, anyway? As far as I know, FIFA doesn't have it, NCAA doesn't, and neither of the MLB games do. Point is, it's not easy to do and the developers chose to spend their resources elsewhere.Comment

Re: Madden NFL 12 Franchise Mode Details, More Coming Monday (IGN)
You're confused. Random weather is not dynamic weather. It has never been the case in any of EA's football games that the weather changed during a game once the game started.Comment

I don't want it to be the way it was last year, because that was really poorly done. Can we agree on that or no?Comment

Re: Madden NFL 12 Franchise Mode Details, More Coming Monday (IGN)
I think dynamic weather is something different, and probably more sophisticated, than simply random weather in Franchise. I'm not sure exactly what dynamic weather means, but at this point I'll happily take random weather over the the fixed weather patterns they have now.Patriots

Re: Madden NFL 12 Franchise Mode Details, More Coming Monday (IGN)
Being perfectly honest, I have no idea how it was handled last year because I got maybe ten weeks into my Madden 11 franchise before I sold it. I'm all for any part of the game being better, however.Comment

I think that would be cool, but honestly, there are MUCH more important items than this. I hate to say that, but on this one it's unavoidable. Fix the football.Comment
