After reading the franchise blog, I can't help but be excited for Madden 12. One thing I hope EA included this year is an expanded number of coaches with pictures. After reading Josh's blog, it sounds like coaches will have a slightly bigger impact in the game.
Hopefully they have included a wider variety of position coaches to promote to coordinator and/or head coach.
For example, I am a green bay fan, and I start a franchise with the Bills. I want to hire Kevin Greene as DC for the Bills to install GB's 3-4 defense.
Also, it would add to the realism if the coordinators that were available to be head coaches were scanned into the game. I hired Dom Capers as head coach and he looked like he was about 30 years old.
Not a big deal, just something that would add to the franchise mode and presentation of Madden 12. Thoughts?
