Any good pitching motions for Pedro Beato, Pat Misch, Ryota Igarashi, Mike O'connor. Also is there a Jason ( IZZY) old pitching motion from past MLB games.

Whats a good pitching motion for Jon Niese, besides Rich Hill, im using carlos silva, because after rich hill motion he's slow 2 the plate, in real life niese alomst repeats the same motion. any suggestions ?
