Re: Whos your favorite under 85ovr player??
id have to say J.R Smith as i use to use the nuggets when they had Melo.
Serge Ibaka defensive beaast and always fun to use him in fast break.
Jrue Holliday i traded for him in one of my associations for billups and i was amazed how good he was. Couldnt shoot with with him but got 7 or more FTs a game
Alonzo Gee is another good depth player. Teach him the 3 and hes good to go. Can dunk defend and then shoot.
After that im not really sure its been awhile since ive playedComment

Okay, so I just got Damion Jones in a trade with the Nets and this guy is crazy.. He's quick and has a pretty good shot.
I suggest you get him in association mode, he's a great spark off the bench.Seattle Supersonics ≠ Oklahoma City Thunder

John Salmons. He is money from behind the arc, almost automatic.Comment

Re: Whos your favorite under 85ovr player??
Brook Lopez. Currently 81 overall in my Association, 5th best player at the Center position, 41st best player in the league (top 50).
I am dangerous with him in the post and if you leave him open on the wing, he will hit those baskets - currently averging 19 points per game with a 5-9 record.Comment

Re: Whos your favorite under 85ovr player??
Just started an association with a team full of free agents and, in practice, Chris Hunter is a beast.
I'm using one of Rashidi's rosters, playing on all-star sim(moved 3pt shooting up to 50 and on-ball defense down to 50) and real FG% on jumpshots and FTs.
He can shoot from mid range, finish around the rim, defend the post, block shots, and he even has a pretty good post game.
Pretty surprised he's doing so well since he's rated 59.Comment

Re: Whos your favorite under 85ovr player??
Wow, 85 is way too high to make it interesting...
For me
-Dahntay Jones (Good defender and rebounding, can shoot and a very good drive)
-Kelenna Azubuike (Great Release and a beast from the 3 point line)
-Anthony Randolph (Good defender and rebounder, automatic from low-mid range and good in the post)
-Tracy Mcgrady (Was my top scorer in the league till he broke his back. Great shoot, good shooter, good defender and great driver)
-Patrick Mills (Being an Australian who grew up with aboriginals, my view may be a bit bias, but this guy is a machine. A great reserve PG with insane speed and great shoot. Also a great driver for his size.)Risinglotus - Australian, 2k Fan, NBA Fan, Misses T-MacComment

John Wall, hands down. He is LeBron-level dominant when user-controlled.
Last game I dropped 38 points, 18 assists, 3 steals and 3 blocks with him.Comment

Re: Whos your favorite under 85ovr player??
Second year (2011-12 season), Nets Association. I am in the Preseason and Deron Williams went down with an injury: lower back strain. He will be out for 1-2 weeks so maybe be back in time for the season.
Daniel Gibson, PG - 64 Overall
Last game against the Milwaukee Bucks in the Preseason, I had him and Sundiata Gaines splitting minutes to see who I would feel more comfortable backing up D-Will.
Here are his stats: (playing on All-Star/Simulation)
30 minutes, 30 points, 1 rebound, 16 assists, 14-24 FGs, 2-4 3PT
I defeated the Bucks 105-91 and Daniel Gibson won player of the game. I am so happy I found a good enough PG that I can use to keep the game flowing because last year I felt that Farmar couldn't keep up with the gameplan. Got a new gem in the trade!Comment

Re: Whos your favorite under 85ovr player??
John Wall at 82 is a beast with unlimited potential!
Also, DJ Augustin is a very good point (similar to Wall with a much better outside shot) with a mid 70's rating.Last edited by dixiebum18; 06-07-2011, 08:42 AM.Comment

I agree. John Wall is absolutely ridiculous and is the reason I'm building around him in my association.Follow me on Twitter@DrewGarrisonSBNComment
