Re: Coaching Carousel blog is posted!
Got more insight, but still didn't answer the question I had. As a coordinator are you only allowed to recruit players to play that side of the ball? It doesn't sound like it. But I'm not sure.Moderator

Re: Coaching Carousel blog is posted!
I think it was stated somewhere that if you play as a coordinator, you are also designated(in game terms) the recruiting coordinator and are responsible for the teams' recruiting.Comment

Re: Coaching Carousel blog is posted!
The one Q&A answered this question very well. They said no matter what position you hold (HC, OC, DC), you are the recruiting coordinator- you control all the recruiting no matter what.Comment

Re: Coaching Carousel blog is posted!
seriously, though, with medical technology and their rate of recruiting #1 classes, it's not unreasonable to think they could win 9, maybe 10, mnc in the next 15 years.
that's a joke, guys.Comment

I hope Joe Pa retire my second year of dynasty. And I would chuckle if I see Rich Rod gets fired for under performing. Damn it I wish Charlie Weiss was still at ND, he would be fired for under performing too.Comment

" Coordinators should expect contracts that focus on their area of expertise, but will also be on the hook to ensure that their side of the ball is excelling on the field."
Area of expertise is what I'm focused on. We've yet to see a single screenshot of what the other 2 menu's in the coach editor even look like(the one's labeled simply O and D). These could be a coach's tendency's in a greater depth, and playbook. Which could very well mean that goals are much more specifically catered to an individual coach. It shouldn't be that hard to create an algorithm, to create goals specific to a coaches style.-Ohio State-

That's still up in the air, unless I'm misunderstanding you.

Which is pretty much what I'm assuming, but I do wonder if they've expanded on it for more in depth tendency's.-Ohio State-

Yes you can, in one screen it showed I think Middle Tennessee or some one's OC going to Texas Tech and replacing their OC.-Ohio State-

Although it's not as robust as CH2K8, the more and more I read about it, the more and more I like it. I started a new coaching career in 11 as an OC for Western Kentucky; I just super sim the defense, to get my feet wet for this new mode.BuffEye Rosters available on the Xbox 360 and PS3.
