Putting this up right before E3 obviously has an intention to it. I see MS's theme being "You don't need a new system." With all that has been upgraded on XBL, the inclusion of Kinect, and then what they reveal next week, I see them trying to reinforce the longevity of the 360 and steering away from a new console.
An interesting, and ugly, US sales chart Major Nelson has there. It needs to indicate prices somehow, as the 360 has held at the $199/$299 pricing for 3 years now.
