If this video was from E3 why wouldn't they just let it keep rolling live at the beginning of the video like the video we saw with Coach and Phil Frazier?

Some good things in there. alot of things still in there that makes Madden a skip for me each year. I will wait for you guys to test it out before I make a decision.

That commentary is atrocious, the amount of dead airtime is astonishing and its all said with absolutely no heart and soul, just bland reading of scripted lines.

It's EA's video. They could easily upload the game in the way we just watched it. They know us fans want to see and hear the game like we'll see and hear it when we have it, so instead of recording off screen they are able to upload a recording of the game.

So why do the graphics in the offscreen E3 Videos look like they are from a more updated and smoother playing, better looking game?

Last year so many replays and post play moments were ruined by the camera being so far back that its behind the wall. It happened on this video as well. Hopefully it can be ironed out. Was it me or did it replay the first quarter twice?

They REALLY need to talk to EA Canada and learn how they do the commentary for NHL and FIFA. It just sounds so much more realistic in those games.
Although I will say I think NCAA commentary is implemented pretty well. Whoever does the commentary editing/work at Madden should be FIRED!

Negatives I found and many have mentioned:

- Commentary is absolutely atrocious
- Starting lineup only shows 5 players, Gus and Chris fail to mention even highlighted player
- Spin move is way too unrealistic and effective
- Peyton Hillis is brought down to easily, and on one play Hampton fell to the ground so easily, like the bowling pin effect still
- Boast about all new cameras, yet on the review of the catch in the end zone we only saw the wall

This better be an early build and the commentary only 10% added in. If not, then what they did to the presentation won't matter.

Im sorry, but they didnt do anything to the "presentation". They added fluff around the game.

What I mean is, they added these "stats overlays" when the qb is running on field prior to a drive, and another "stat overlay" after you score a TD.

They added awesome camera stuff before the game starts, between quarters,etc. but we are still watching random dudes run around randomly at the end of the play. From the time a drive starts until it ends, we get no TV style presentation or camera work from what I have seen. Its all smoke and mirrors. The overlays pop up and disappear before you can read them which has been a historical problem, I mean to have TV style presentation, you need constant overlays, proper post play/pre play camera cuts, and commentary that is proactive instead of reactive.

I was all pumped for some presentation, but its still not up to par, its not good enough.
