Interesting that you have user batting power at 45. What kind of results are you finding? Are these exhibition games (play now) or franchise mode?

(I only ask because I've tinkered with the idea of going with a user batting contact of 35 but lowering user batting power to 50.)

Thanks for sharing...we're all into stealing ideas here.

I still get Homer's i actually just homer with Cory Patterson he's only a 60 power and 58 contact. so yeah you will still get homer's there just a lot more realistic IMO.

well, i notice that not many or no one has tried my sliders, i still think that they are really good, i don't understand how someone can play this game with an 80 or even 70 power for the user that is way too much power causing way too many homer's. i was killing the ball with that kind of power and i play with the padres. with my current set of sliders i get really realistic games most of the time, actually sometimes i thing i get way too may hits.

I'll give these a go myself next time i play, i have been using Blazzens slider set of late and have enjoyed those ones but im always willing to try new sets to see how they play. One question though, have you set these sliders using total control or classic controls ?

I dont think there were any extra base hits for either team. I dont know if the power slider might be a notch too low or not. I will try another game in a few hours and let you know. The good thing is I know I can lose with these. With others I have tried I don't think I lost (not trying to sound bad but they were kinda easy). By no means am I good at this game

hey i totally glad to see someone try my sliders. you are right as far as making it a bit harder on the user to win a game but i think its part of the fun. as far as extra base hits i have bin getting different results, in some games the cpu hits a ton of them in in others they cant seem to get anything more then a singles.

i am using total control. and yes i originally developed them for the 360, but i would assume that they should work just the same for the PS3.
