No reason why we shouldn't have the ability for at least 32 teams by now. I mean, NFL 2K5 on Xbox 1 had 32-team online leagues.

The 12 team limit is pathetically small and the main reason I prefer Madden online franchise and All Pro Football 2K8 online leagues over NCAA online dynasty.

Personally, I would love to see all 120 teams being user controlled.
