Teambuilder roster vs. Actual retail game roster?

I was looking at the Teambuilder site and pulled up Ole Miss' roster. Nathan Stanley(#12) was the best QB on the team. 1 problem... he left the team quite a while back.

Well i saw a video of the retail game showing team rosters where Randall Mackey is the number 1 QB(as he should be) with a better rating than Nathan Stanley has on the Teambuilder site...

    seen here

I am now confused.... why would teambuilder and the actual game have different rosters?

Last year there were very slight differences between TB and Retail Disc

I hope so... They have DT Jerel Worthy from Mich St. at an 83 overall. He is predicted to be a top 10 pick in the draft next year!!!

Which is why i chose not to get all the teams from the TB site. I only named players that i know 100% that who the player is modeled after.
