    Robinson Cano

In my Twins franchise i traded for Cano but I can't hit a lick with this guy. I don't know what it is. With Cano he has this long stride he takes before the pitch when I pull back on the Right Analog. Do I have to start earlier then I do with a guy with a quick stride, or is his Plate Discipline being in below 50 have anything to do with this?

I think discipline only matters more for simming or pitching against him. How many games sample size have you done? I've had times with AGonz where I don't get a hit for a few games, then will slam out 3-4 no problem.

Best stride timing is the same for all batters, regardless of how long their animations take.

In my Yankees franchise, I'm only hitting .240 with Cano half way through May. I use the button hitting, though. For me, I think it's the new stance and having to get used to it. Can't hit with Swisher either, who also got a new stance.

Zumi, plate discipline determines how likely your player is to check his swing.

I think its because you traded for Cano, and he doesn't belong on another team other than the Yankees.

            Trade him back. :-)

Stance has NOTHING to do with it, in my 'chise my Cano has .314 average and 20 home runs at the break. Swish is at .309 and 24hr(ridiculous for him.). The only thing stance will do is give you an animation on inside pitches as he backs off. Can't tell you how many times I wanted to swing at an inside pitch only to have A-Rod spin out of the way and take the ball.

Cano's is my favorite batting stance in the game... It's smooth.

I have no issues with Cano one of my favorite hitters in the game, he has the highest batting average on my team too, as a matter of fact only him and Jeter are currently batti ng over .300. I can I think is at about .320 with over 60 rbi towards the end of July. I use button hitting. I guess it all depends on the person some people do better with some hitters than others. Or maybe you just need to get used to him
