I have both consoles and went PS3. Here are my reasons:

1. Block-O's & Gatorbaits roster
2. Ease of transferring music/pictures
3. PS3 controller doesn't need batteries
4. I'm staying offline this year
5. You can use the 200 stadium sounds

I believe XBOX has better graphics and I do like the controller better, but for what I want to do PS3 gets the SLIGHT edge this year.

If I was in an online dynasty, I'd have to go 360.
