If you watched Michigan football you would know Dernard Robinson gets the wind knocked out of him at least 5 times a game and comes back.

Sounds about right to me! But yes it's a known issue, would have thought this will be addressed in a tuner

          Re: too many injuries?

I wonder if it has something to do with the fatigue level of spread/scrambling QB's. Reading some reviews, IGN and operationsports said that scrambling QB's fatigue alot faster than pocket passers, as they should. If this is the case, I wonder if the majority of these injuries are occuring when the QB is red.

No such thing as too many injuries. Not when we've spent so many years complaining that there are too few injuries. An injury slider would be nice in order to satify everyone.

QB Draws, Blasts, speed option, and read option aren't the same as scrambling and are a lot less cheesy.

If you watched Michigan at all last year, that's pretty realistic actually.

To answer the OP, I don't think I've played a game where my running back hasn't gone down with an injury

I play as Michigan, coincidentally; about five or six games in I think injuries are done fairly well.

                          Cheers.

They occur way too often. I have my first two running backs go down almost every game when I'm using Army.

I'm seeing quite a few primary player injuries still. KR, WR, RB, QB, occasional defensive player, but rarely lineman of any sort.
