    Gameplay: Normal or Slow?

For the best sim experience, which is better? Normal game speed or slow game speed?

Try them both and see which one you like best. I use normal.
    What?

Like he said, try em out and see which one fits you best. It's just a preference thing IMO.

      Me Personally I use normal.

Yeah, the demo was normal I think and I thought it felt great, but I was looking at all the slider threads and most people were saying go to slow for the best simulation experience so that threw me off a bit, thus, I decided to make this thread and whatever wins is what I will probably go with.

Why don't you just go with the one you like better?

Last year I was a big fan of normal. This year slow just feels great, especially with the removal of suction. The game feels more fluid to me on slow.

I prefer whatever is more sim, even if it hurts gameplay. I've tried going with what I like best before and I can never decide, so i'm letting you guys decide for me based on what you guys consider to be the best simulation mode.

                  Thanks! That helped a lot.

But what is sim to me, may not be sim to you, or person X.

Slow makes me feel like I'm in molasses. I also feel like I have 5 hours to stand in the pocket. Normal for me.

So in order to make the most sim experience possible, be sure to pause the game before every play and create a topic on here asking everyone what to call... and which receiver to throw to... and whether or not to spin or juke...

If its sim your looking for then it has to be normal. Slow gives you time to drink a cup of coffee in the pocket while you look for an open receiver. Normal gives you a realistic time in the pocket.

Slow with zero speed threshold. You won't have all day in the pocket with zero speed threshold that is for sure.

If you want a more realistic look and feel, then go with the slow speed. Putting the game on slow helps make players feel like they have a little more weight to them (though it does nothing to help the "skating" issue). On normal, you get a little more of a frantic feel, but the player movement looks absolutely horrendous in my opinion.
