Ok I've seen it happen again and again for almost 10 years. It's beginning to seem like Auburn never gets the ratings it deserves. I mean I'm seeing guys like T'Sharvan Bell, who is our best corner despite what few may say, and definitely deserves a better overall than Neiko Thorpe. Then Eltoro Freeman gets put as an impact player. Seriously? What did he do last season that makes in one of the top 3 players on Auburn's roster this year? Same goes for Philip Lutz at TE. He's good, but not an impact player. If I were to name our impact players, it'd be Dyer, Nosa Eugae, and Emory Blake. Those guys are some of the top players we'll be putting on the field this year. And Emory only gets an 85? And Trovon Reed, one of the fastest, most elusive, best WRs in his class is all the way down the depth chart at a 74? Wow. That guy is going to start people... They rate Auburn's players so low for a reigning national championship team, but still rank us #12 in the game when EA clearly made teams below Auburn better on both sides of the ball? That's ridiculous. Alabama comes into this season not doing jack last season and gets a #2 overall rating and A overall players across the board. I mean McCarron AND Phillip Sims for Bama have an 86 overall rating at QB. WTF! Both have never started a college game in their life and the one time McCarron goes in he gets the piss beat out of him by an Auburn defense. This seems VERY biased to me.

Hope u enjoyed ur one moment in tha son man. Lemme know how THIS season turns out. Ur kinda rebuilding so it's understandable that ur not rated that high, and bama did have another top recruiting class. I wouldn't say we didn't do jack **** when we had a 10 win season, but our standards are high so we will have a better year this year and oh yeah, beat tha hell outta y'all at y'alls place. Enjoy

Lol it's really not that. I just had to get my rant over with so I'd feel better. Just one of those things. But I don't think Auburn's the best team by any means, it's just I see teams getting overrated on the game every year, and the one year I thought Auburn might be overrated in NCAA's existence, it doesn't happen. It seems like they're always underrated. I wasn't expecting top 10, don't get me wrong, but EA didn't even give them the stats that a #12 overall team would have.Comment

I'm also an Auburn fan. I understand how you feel, but it is what it is- at least until you edit the rosters.
Seriuosly though, I'm really suprized AU is rated as high as they are. We lost a TON of experienced folks, including our offensive line and stud QB. I think it's a credit that they have AU at #12, most polls have us at #20-25.
In other news, Dyer is a beast in this game. I ran for 150 with him in a 26-0 win over LSU.
So, it's cool man. AU enjoys being underrated. They don't do well with huge expectations. No worries.Comment

I have been on OS for a while, I think I can have an unbiased opinion, although I am a diehard Auburn fan.
Auburn has a lot of players that made an impact last year that are returning, and even more talent from two stellar recruiting classes that will add to the teams depth. We did lose a lot in terms of talent, but lots of guys that got exposure as special teams/backups are coming back. Auburn will probably have a year about as good as Chizik's first year, 8-5 ish. But look for the players to only get better and casue some serious noise in another 1-2 years.
Instead of simply bashing the ratings (because they aren't really the AU players, remember?), why don't we try to fix them to accurately replicate what AU will be? Create a thread in the rosters section and I will be happy to work this out with you.
As to the Alabama QBs:
Don't worry about them both being 86s, I know its probably not fair. Everyone will learn this during the regular season lol.
BTW, has everyone seen how fat Simms is and how terrible McCarron's tattoo is? hahahahahahaha

Its great that you want to beat the hell outa us at Jordan Hare, but first maybe you should focues on beating us at your home. You realize Auburn is 5-1 at Bryant Denny? I laugh.
Lets look at some facts...
Last 10 years: Auburn 7, alabama 3.
Last 15 yeras: Auburn 9, alabama 6
Last 20 years: Auburn 11, alabama 9
Last 25 years: Auburn 15, alabama 10
How far do you have to go back to have a winning record against Auburn? Maybe you should ask your head coach, who is 4-5 against Auburn.
