I'm sick of not having an in-game save

I'm having a lot of fun with NCAA 12. The only thing that really sucks about it is that a lot of times I don't have enough time to play a game, because to get a game with realistic stats takes me about an hour. So when I have 20 minutes here and there, I can't even start a game, because I know I won't be able to finish.

Something as simple as an option to save my game and return to it later would be a tremendous feature for a guy like me who has a limited amount of time to spend on a game.

No, super sim doesn't help. I think we all realize the clock issues with that--you sim a half and your score ends up in the sixties.

If you know me, you know that I bring this up a lot. Some people have a pet issue, like dreads or broadcast cam. My pet issue is in-game saves. I've been waiting for them in NCAA for a long, long time.

Yeah just yank Super Sim and put in in-game saves. Maybe Super Sim should come back when it isn't worthless.

I agree. Every sports game should have in-game saves.

I agree too. Not really much else to say. You would think it would be an option.

Yeah, it should be in. It WAS in Madden, dating all the way back to 2004, but was removed on this generation of consoles.

MLB The Show, MLB 2K, NBA 2K, heck, even TW 12 has it, so EA needs to add this to its football titles.

I knew NBA 2K had it, but I wasn't sure about the baseball games. I can't believe they haven't added it back to Madden at least.

Definitely agree. In our OD whenever I am finished and waiting for other users to finish I hop over to MLB 2k11, get some innings in on my franchise, then save and quit and hop back into my OD and play my game and repeat over and over.

With in game saves I'd probably complete twice as many seasons in an offline dynasty.

I would love to have the freedom to do that with NCAA. I'd love to be able to play a quarter before work or a half on my lunch break. No reason why it shouldn't be a feature at this point.

Re: I'm sick of not having an in-game save

I definitely agree. I usually play right before bed, and a lot of nights I'll finish and not be ready for bed, but also don't want to stay up another hour to play a full game. I'd love to be able to play a half, and then save. With the in-game save, I could probably get in an extra 3 or 4 games a week.

I agree. I think the older versions of Madden and NCAA had in-game saves, or was it Sega's NFL 2k? But saving in-game resulted in lost achievements and stuff, which I'd be ok with if I really had to save. There are times when I'd be playing an amazing game, but I didn't have time to finish... I definitely don't want to lose those player stats in a dynasty game.

Add me to the list of annual in-game saves requestors...

For all of the reasons mentioned above, I whole-heartedly agree. Listen to the community on THIS one, EA. We ask every year, and we don't even get an explanation as to why its not in the game.

For some, it is a very important feature, and I believe a lot of other people will use it, if it was there. Super-sim has never really worked correctly, and I for one like to be in control of all of my stats accumulated throughout a season.

It's about time to put this in the game(s) - Madden included.

Agree completely. Is this something that could be patched? (I'm guessing not.)

I love this feature in TW12 and was very surprised that it wasn't in NCAA12.
