Starting out as a 89 Overall in RTG

My Run Stopping DT is starting out as a 89 overall in RTG. No boost packs or practices or nothing. 89 overall is what I was rated after signing day. 89 seems a little high for a guy who has yet to take a practice snap.

My friend bought this game having never played a football game, ever. I advised him to start a QB/MLB so he did but only played QB and simmed all the defense. He ended up with a 4* QB and a 5* MLB

He went with the MLB and started out as a 90 OVR

I started as a WR/SS. Went SS (5 star in each), and came in at 87 overall. Every stat above 85, except my 48 jumping. (48? WTF. Is it because I'm white?)

My 5* MLB was 90 OVR when I got to college as well. Doesn't make sense. I'm 95 now and I'm not even done with the season (last 2 games)

This is one of my major complaints. I started off as an 87 ovr QB and took over the starting job a few games into the season.

Thought this would be a problem. For some reason all BAP modes have a serious issues with ratings and progression.

3 games into my freshman season, I'm a 95 overall as a QB. 92 throwing accuracy, 94 throwing power. At this point, I've been putting career boosts into running stats. By my junior year, I will be an unstoppable freak of nature (except for the 50 overall rated linebackers who foil me).

Hopefully this is something that can be patched.

Just out of curiosity are you guys playing your HS season on Heisman?

I haven't made it to college yet.

I played 5 games of my high school. Once Florida offered me a scholarship, I skipped everything (including playoffs). So playing five games (I averaged around 250 yard per game, and roughly 30 yards rushing per game), I was rated a 93 by SPARQ.

If this happens for my QB I currently playing in HS, I will just recreate him as a 75 Ovr QB on the team I want to go to. I want it to take a year to start

My 5* Balanced RB came in at 81. I had balanced ratings. I had 85 speed and 75+ ratings at other ratings. So I think it is either random or balanced

No issues here...5* RB star running back and a 4* MLB out of high school, played all 11 games both sides and I am an 82 overall HB, on Bama. My major issue was the American Flag during the entrance cut scenes. No hate just I am Canadian and I made my guy from Canada

I hate the fact that your player is the one pumping the team up. True freshman, first game, and I'M the one pumping up the team? Give me a break. Make it the QB until my player is a captain or an impact player, then let him pump up the crowd. Make me earn it.

I think the high defensive ratings have to do with how you play offensively. I played as a HB/DE in high school, focusing mainly on being a speed HB. When I looked at my offers for most schools I was a 3rd string HB, but a starter on DE at pretty much every 5 and 6 star university.

I think the higher physical stats (speed, agility, acceleration etc) carry over on both sides meaning the defensive position you play will get upgraded essentially by accident, as your player has much better physical stats than other players at that position.

My star 5 star HB who i think was the number 1 recruit in the nation (didnt check final recruit rankings) came into oregon as an 81. It took me till the 8th game to surpass LaMichael James, it was sooo much fun though during the season taking out the runningbacks little by little each week.
