    What's your Recruiting difficulty?

Doing dynasty, Skill level is AA, gonna try Heisman soon. Right now my Recruiting Difficulty is All American. What do you do? Does it really affect recruiting on how low or high it is?

AA for skill and recruiting. I'm at week 9 (I think) now and recruiting feels realistic so far. With my struggling 2* school, I have been busting my chops on a couple of 4* guys since week 1 (60mins every week) and one of them I was 2nd but he signed with Big Ten school... I have an in-state 4* QB still on the board, dead heat right now between me and BYU.

I always use Heisman because it makes getting a top class hard, but rewarding. As Wyoming I just got my first commit in week 11, but I have around 13-14 others lined up to commit more than likely.

I just like Heisman because you're not guaranteed anybody at all.

Yes Heisman level got me so frustrated and I realized.. I dreaded playing games when I was playing on Heisman last year.. It felt more like a job then a game so I do AA for both.

AA for both. I've coached at FIU, SMU and now Tulane, so fairly robust states for talent. At FIU I was usually 16-17 2* and then 2-3 3* recruits. My one season at SMU I had 14 3* Recruits and 7 2* recruits. At Tulane I opened my recruiting by nailing 5 2* insta-commits, and ended the season with 5 3* and 16 2* recruits.

Overall I think its fairly consistent, I tried hard at each school to pick up a 4* but fell short each time

                      I haven't touched dynasty yet.

For the kind of experience I wanted, I played NCAA 11 on Heisman but had the recruiting difficulty at Varsity.

When I test out dynasty, I'll decide then how I want to play it.

AA on both. I haven't gotten too far into it yet, but I hope EA fixed some of the predictability of last years recruiting, where 6* programs were basically magnets to all the 5*'s. I'd like to see at least a glimmer of hope to be able to lure a program-changing recruit.

Last year I played on All American. It was challenging for about 2 or 3 seasons. After I figured out the ins and outs of recruiting it became easier. Anyone doing Heisman difficulty? I haven't done a dynasty yet this year, but am wondering if it's impossible to recruit at Heisman. Last year I heard it was damn near impossible. So I am curious to hear from people who have recruited Heisman this year? What school do you use as well?

                              Re: What's your Recruiting difficulty?

I play on AA with sliders and recruit on Heisman. I created a MAC school and was fairly successful at beating the other MAC schools and lower tier B1G schools for recruits as well as stealing 1 or 2 from mid-to-upper tier BCS schools.

When you are going through, just look for guys that have you in their top 3-5. If you fall significantly behind a school that is better than yours, just drop the kid and find someone else. The idea is that you don't want to waste any time on recruits that you won't really have a chance with.

I forgot to mention that you can throw one or two in that you really want/need for whom you will be an underdog, but you will need to spend an hour each week with them, make 2-3 promises, negatively recruit, and have really good visits with them.
