The download should take seconds.

It is great for dynasties because it reflects a more neutral mindset of ratings and fixes rosters to be the more current status.

The only way to use them in RTG is to pick the 'use an existing player' option, which takes you out of leaderboards and pretty much loses all your chances of getting any medals / acheivements from the game mode. But yes.

I am unwilling to give T-Magic a speed rating higher than 90. But that acceleration can stay where it is. Like has been already stated, he may be very fast, but there are faster. What makes him seem so fast when you're watching him is his acceleration. It's basically like he's at his max speed immediately. Also, his awareness is nowhere near what EA gave him. Watch last year's OU vs. NU Big 12 champ game for proof.

Husker fan here, btw. Haven't missed a home game in over 8 years. Been walking up and down the stairs selling concessions for 7 of them.

The OD would use the roster that the commish is currently using. So yes.
