Hey guys, an OSU fan on another forum (Jwinslow on Buckeyeplanet) made edits to FK's OSU roster set to get it as close as possible to the real thing.

His gamertag is UPS7.

Here's the changes he made:

I just downloaded this and looks great but he has made Pryor into Evan Spencer, thus making a frosh WR who will rarely see the field into an impact player. Big mistake. He needs to edit Spencer into Braxton Miller and vice versa, thus making Braxton the impact player. Deleting this file now, please let me know if he fixed this issue please and I will redownload..

I have already Started my career but I am in my first year, can I just use the updated file then rename my OC and keep going without any issue?

I just want to be sure, if I download the roster from
cajun commish, I know he did all the coaches, does that comes with the players' name as well?

How accurate are the Coaches, because Miami is wrong, Al golden is the head coach and these say Matt Schmit.

Weird bug........I say we report this to EA, because it might be happening in dynasty as well when new players are added.

Has there been any update on this bug? I just got the game and am torn on using any rosters now.

Or you could just download CcAaRrSsOoNn3 's rosters? They are much more in depth and accurate then Fairdale's

And yet another confused soul when it comes to both sets of rosters here at OS.

Carsons rosters are the OS Community ones, all kinds of edits etc that can't be used online.

FKings roster is just the default ea roster with correct names.

Above they are talking about naming players different on the default roster so that a correct player will be a star player on offense. That's all.

Hilarious that nobody takes the time to figure any of that out. Jesus.

I found something interesting over the past weekend that I didnt quite understand.....I downloaded rosters last week, and one day on online dynasty they had the names and I use Penn State, they had safeties Nick Sukay and J. Fagnano listed thru my rosters, online play, and online dynasty, a day later they had J. XXXX and no Sukay at all..I did nothing different, and when I tried to edit and enter there names, it said I couldnt cuz they were profane, (i.e. "suk"ay & "fag"nano) was it an update EA did???? or what the hell happened?? now other roster downloads i tried dont even have Nick Sukay on them.....can anyone shed some lite on this please? If i download a roster update and later it get changed from the gamertag does automatically change mine without me doing a thing? It really annoyed me that I couldnt figure this one out.....and the downloads I tried were PASTAPADRE, FAIRDALE KINGS, and

I would like to add, that when I get home from work today Im gonna delete them and download them again from carsons. But I thought this was very strange though.

Nick Sukay is not on my roster file so evidently you have created him.... or you downloaded a roster other than mine.

I do have Jacob Fagnano on my roster file.

I never get the option to enter a space either. When you download a file, doesnt it default to the gamertag you downloaded from? So if you download from someone with a space, im thinking it might go ahead and include it, but you cant add your own space. Not sure, just a theory.


Also, does Fairdale happen to put together a spreadsheet or anything for his roster edits before he goes through and does them? We will probably be using these rosters on Leaguedaddy and it would be really nice if the rosters matched. In the meantime, I have copied all rosters from foxsports.com since thats where leaguedaddy always used to get their updates.

I believe he does have a spreadsheet but I don't know if he'd give it out so others might copy it, I can ask him though.

I did try to edit some rosters and save my file and same thing. I was thinking like you that it wouldn't allow you to mess with someone elses work but that's not it. I'm perplexed.
