Being a coach mode player all my life, I thought I would share how I get my Team vs Team sliders. As most of you know...you find a slider set you like and before you know it...it seems not to work as well. Reason being...players leave, and players become better, as well as the incoming freshman. My sliders show just how a teams personnel can change your teams sliders.
For instance, say you have your QB with an Awarness of 80, power of 89 with 85 accuracy, with my set, he is rated a 50. Then after he grads, his back up which might come in with a ratings of 71/86/80....which drops my slider down to a 40.
I reflect this change in my slider...for the worst, because my QB will not play as good as the Sr that left...and my game play should show it, causing me to change my gameplan and style. It is every stater across the board.
Attached is the SEC teams...if anyone is intrested. I took Vandy with this test..and my QB played just like the 30 slider with is low 60 rating.

As you can see there are differences between the teams, and the game plays that way. This way I have a new feeling of the game each week. One week I face a good Flordia back with great speed, the other a not so good play of Kentucky's QB.
This used only for coach mode and with 9 min qtrs.
Very slow, with speed on 35.
Also, this is used with unedited rosters.
If anyone is intrested I would be glad to post how I got the numbers and how to put your spread sheet together which makes it alot easier. I can do a team now in about 5 - 10 min, and only have to do the teams I play.
It is great to see how your sliders can change over the seasons, as you lose/gain good players.
