I agree wholeheartedly. It's just there's always a simple explanation for every cliche that gets thrown out when i problem is identified. There's always a few "let's sue!" or "they should all lose their jobs!" or "contact the BBB/the company!" and all these other things, all of which are pipe dreams at best. But yes, you and the poster i originally quoted are correct, this is unacceptable in virtually every other way.
