Quick Slants are money plays against the cpu
Is there a way for the cpu to stop the slants? I'm running a test dynasty, and have cpu coverage set up to 75, and I still complete 3 of every 4 for a 1st down or more. Last game, for testing purposes I was Minnesota versus Iowa and ran the same play all game. Minny QB was 62 for 80 with 868 yards. Only passed to the two slanting wr the whole game both had over 400 yard receiving. This is with named rosters removed. all american with minor slider tweeks. By the way this is not how I play, but if it's unstoppable it takes all the fun out of the game for me.Tags: None -

Re: Quick Slants are money plays against the cpu
This wasn't used to cheese. If you read my original post, it is for testing purposes. The fact that I can put up record breaking numbers with cpu pass coverage turned all the way up is alarming. The fact that the option is there if someone wanted to abuse it, is what I'm getting at.
Try it out. Run the quick slant over and over, and watch as the cpu never adjusts to the cheesing style of play. They will however get an occasional knockdown by a leaping linebacker. So, in theory leaping linebackers are a good thing. If not for super lb, Marques Gray could just about pitch a perfect game. note: adjusted cpu coverage to 100. Same resultsComment

Considering all the times I've been intercepted on slant routes, I disagree.Member: OS Uni Snob Association | Twitter: @MyNameIsJesseG | #WT4M | #WatchTheWorldBurn
