Could the conferences offer school to move...IE Houston does good and the big12 ask them to join and replace Baylor?????

You have to do it yourself.
I usually let the first season go with the same confrences but at the end of the season I will switch teams that Deserve to be in better divisions.
I usually get TCU in the Big 12, Boise State to the PAC 12 and make other changes. Basically I just see how good a team is doing in their own confrence. If they are dominating it and it is not a challenge, I move them into a good confrence.Comment
