I like Kentucky or SDSU.
Kentucky only because i made some all black uniforms for them that i like to use, and they are up there on my favorite teams.
SDSU, because they have a variety of things. They have a, like, 92 Overall QB and a, i think, Junior RB whose like an 88 Overall. And they have sexy uni's and play in the Chargers Stadium.

I've got my Teambuilder team going in an offline Dynasty. It's following the edits that me and a couple friends were going to use in an online dynasty, but, yeah, topic for another thread there.
Anyways, custom team, cupcake roster template, 2 star prestige. Edits allowed: 2x's A+, 2x's B+, rest C's on school attrib's. I'm using myself as a created head coach so there's a D+. Roster edits allowed were 2x's freshy to 78 OVR, 2x's JR to 85 OVR, 1 SR to 90 OVR.
A school I've played around with online a couple times now that looks like it'd be fun to play with is Navy as well. Big holes in the team but good impact players in a couple spots to at least get ya through the first year blues.

I took a OC job at UGA in year 4 of my dynasty. They were a 3 star at the time, but I'm not sure what they start out as. Either way it was a blast. Difficult schedule especially with the 500 lb gorilla (BAMA) in the conference. Hard but very fun rivalries, tons of historic stadiums to play in, and the best mascot in college football, UGA!!! When you play a rival at home, UGA will growl and jump at the other team while they are running out on the field LOLComment

I'm having a ball with Army. Getting pretty excited about my incoming freshman. 2 years here, then who knows, move on or maybe stick around...maybe put army back in the top 25.I love John Fox press conferences.Comment

Wow really? Thats pretty sweet. I think any SEC team would make for a fun dynasty. Especially historically rich programs, with great traditions.I took a OC job at UGA in year 4 of my dynasty. Washington State is a cool 1 star program to start with. After playing 2 years of Colorado State, I was bored and started with WSU. They have lots of uniform options so they don't get boring from that standpoint. They've got a ton of young guys so the team automatically improves in the early going.Prototype Supreme

I accepted a job there after being the OC at Oregon State, and i would have to agree. The Uniform options are great and, like you said, they have some young players which is always a +Washington State is a cool 1 star program to start with.
