      super lb at 2:17 of the first vid?
      My score for Madden 13: 4.5/10

      3 points for graphics, 1 point for the passable commentary, and a half point for the boxart. I can give no further points since the all over the place gameplay would ruin it anyway.

          To me it looked like the ball was thrown right at him and he just jumped up and tried to catch it, didn't seem unrealistic to me.

                  Definitely no Super LB there. I guess when ever a LB jumps to knock a pass down he is a Super LB.

                  I thought the same with NCAA 12 , but the ball has no arc to it, unless you do it with the left stick as your passing. No I can lob it or arc it over their heads.

                  I'm sure it will be the same with Madden 12, but that was not a super LB at all.

                          How do you know for sure? I hope you're right The game speed also seems like warp speed. We'll be playing on slow for sure in our online franchise.

                              I have to be honest, the super leaping LBs have always been a pet peeve of mine. However, I have not seen it as much in NCAA. Also, I loved the tipped pass that floated out into the middle of the field and no WRs magically turned around and warped to catch it. FINALLY.

                                  i was more talking about the animation and quickness that it had. i'm sure that animation will be the cause of many picked and batted balls in 12.

                                  why can't we just throw a normal pass? how hard could that be to code, honestly? just press a little longer than a bullet and you get a normal pass with a nice arc. i know this was in the ps2 versions, iirc.

                                                      I'm typically very critical of Madden, but this looks like the best game of football they've made since the PS2/Xbox days. My little man is rising in anticipation.

                                                          @:16 seconds into the first vid, the kickoff return, that wasn't a tackle; looked more like a WWE shove-in-the-chest move.

                                                          But overall, looks good.
