Re: Hasheem Thabeet
Maybe pick and roll so he can go to the basket. You shouldn't really be calling plays for him, though. It's a waste of a possession.Comment

Re: Hasheem Thabeet
Pick and pop game baby! You could always develop him to be a dangerous post player if you put in work.Comment

Re: Hasheem Thabeet
Thabeet is one of the worst off players in the game why would you want to score with him but I would get some garbage points of off rebounds and off of drives by your guards

Re: Hasheem Thabeet
Pick and pop with Thabeet? I feel like that would be a slow and painful process.
To the OP, like they are saying, score with quick drop downs off drives, or put backs. Thabeet will never be a high scorer but he can contribute huge on D. Think of him like today's Dikembe Mutombo. However, if you get to where you can score with Thabeet, get a post player with some game and you will be lights out.The way to build a good team is not to load it with star players, but to load it with players who play well together with an identity

Re: Hasheem Thabeet
Thanks for the replys, i just wanna get some offense out of him...
Should i develop his lowpost game?
E: Does anyone else think that he would be a good fit with the Raptors? If so what would be an fair trade to get him from Houston?Last edited by joneboy2000; 08-02-2011, 03:08 AM.Comment

Re: Hasheem Thabeet
In my rosters,Alabi is a more viable development as far as defense and offense potential.Thabeet is a better value down the road where you can release him and clear cap space if your patient enough.Ajinca is a keeper who has good mid range jumper as a big man but weak inside.So....if you can pull off a trade(w/o being tempted to overide).Try getting Chuck Hayes or Marcus Cousin a big body w/decent strength ratings to bang the post(no pun intended)....but then again...Im curious are you considering moving Barganni to PF and Looking for a Center to open up the shooters? In that case move one of Small Forwards either A.Johnson(Cap Space) or Kleiza( for Thabeet and a future 2nd rounder.Since you can have Weems start and Derozan can play either SF and/or SG.

Re: Hasheem Thabeet
Current Knicks chise I started today :
PG - CP3
SG - Fields
SF - Melo
PF - Amare
C - Thabeet
Bench
T. Douglas
Jordan Crawford
Shawne Williams
R.Turiaf
Sheldon Williams
B. Walker
A.Tolliver
using KG's roster.
He's really good defensively but his offense is a big no-no... set up plays for him to screen other 1-4 position players for shots.. not for him to score unless you use your training camp points on him or send him to practice every week to develop.Last edited by Jordan-Nike; 08-03-2011, 02:28 AM.Comment
