Re: NBA 2K12 - NBA's Greatest Mode
My apologies, but I did not read every page of this thread (not being sarcastic). I woke up, then read pages 1-10 so sorry if this has been addressed...
"the classic teams can be unlocked and played in game against contemporary lineups"
I'm not complaining because all this is great news; I just wish we didn't have to unlock these teams that most of us are dying to have. For example, I'm a huge Jordan fan and I see myself exclusively playing with historic Bulls teams; I hope I don't have to play, let's say, historic 76ers vs historic Lakers to unlock those teams for regular exhibition play. I really hope no one takes this as a negative complaint because I'm hyped for this game; I just don't want to unlock things when I pay a lot of money for the game. I had the old, fat PS3 and I know it died on me due to playing all those minutes to unlock all the Jordans in 2K11.
This game is going to be great, and I hope 2K does NOT include historic teams in the demo just like they didn't in 2K11; that will make waiting for the classic teams even sweeter. I have no desire to play NCAA Football 12 any more after this news; I just want to go back to sleep and wake up October 4th.Comment

More than likely they will release a code that will unlock every team.My apologies, but I did not read every page of this thread (not being sarcastic). I woke up, then read pages 1-10 so sorry if this has been addressed...

Man on man,
80's Bird vs. Dr.J battles. I knew they had to get Doc, and the Sixers once Bird, and Magic were in it!! Too many classic games between them in the playoffs and finals revolving around the Sixers, Celtics, and Lakers
Will get to do this lol now... I kid, I kid.
With this news I am surprised to see people complaining about gameplay and current players. We don't know what 2K has in store, well a select few on here know.Attached FilesLast edited by stillfeelme; 08-03-2011, 10:00 PM.Comment

Really looking forward to 2k12. The additions of Dr.J and Kareem plus other legends (hopefully Barkley too) have really made me excited.
I dont get it why people are hogging all over the graphics. 2k11 had superb graphics and im sure 2k will deliver a even better experience with 2k12Comment
