Anyone ever seen this?

I was playing a dynasty game and this happened. The names of the plays didn't show up it just had question marks. It had me come out with 7 WRs and 4 QBs. They just stood in a huddle and wouldn't break until I called an audible, so I did and it put me in a Cover 2 man. I snapped the ball and got a false start. Anyone else encounter this???

I've seen the question marks on top of receivers instead of the buttons, but I think that's just if the home crowd is pumped. Never seen a glitch like this though.

Nope.
When i made my custom playbooks it showed all question marks,
All the players in the huddle ran to where the Center would be at and got into like a super tight ball of players.
Couldnt snap the ball but my players touched the defensive player and i got 5 yards for encroachment.
But i still couldn't do anything.

Check the BUGS and GLITCHES thread-- this has been brought up several times, it's a known issue and is going to be addressed in the PATCH (you can check that thread too to confirm).
