Over the past 1-2 years I have officially stopped buying Madden and EA Sports games in general (unless i get them as gifts then i'll give them a shot, cause I don't want people attacking me on here saying I have posted in the game forums) Every year we pay money for EA's exclusive titles and every year this site becomes cluttered with anti-EA/Madden/NCAA etc. threads, users get banned, and just annoying posts by users over and over, now i know a thread like mine has probably been created before and who knows it might get locked but i'm going to say it.

I can't blame EA anymore for not making Madden/NCAA up to OS's sim community's standards, and that's for the simple fact that it's their choice. They're the company and we are the consumers, we are the ones buying the game and complaining. They are sitting back receiving huge amounts of money. Why should they change at all?

Personally though like many people here at OS i do not respect EA as a company at all for the fact that they are monopolizing the market and not allowing IMO what is a superior maker of football games 2k Sports, from making money, but that is a business move not for here.

I come here to OS to talk about sports gaming in this community and not read about all the anti-EA material or all the complaining. I just would love to not have to filter through all of it to enjoy OS, that's just my .02 cents

Basically if you don't like the game take it back, sell it, break it, I really don't care. Just don't come on here and make complaints unless they are constructive and not how you feel after playing it and want to rant and rave to basically nobody, cause noone really cares. Honestly

A couple things.

If you dont like the complaint threads....just dont read them? Dont click on them? Its fairly easy to see which threads will be positive, negative or neutral.

Also, I really wish idiots would get it through their heads that EA is not equal to Madden. Madden is just one of about 6 thousand games that EA produces in a year.

Launch your tirades at Tiburon first (you know the people who actually work on the game) and EA as a publisher second. EA also makes games like Fifa, Mass Effect, Dragon Age...and damn near every other game you can think off both critically rewarded and scorn.

Bioware makes Mass Effect and Dragon Age. EA is just the publisher.

Sigh, the point is EA is the title of about 50 smaller companies from EA Canada to EA Tiburon. Dissing EA is misguided to an extent because they are not the ones to make the game.

You should be mad at EA Tiburon first EA far 2nd.
