    EA Gamespot Conspiracy Theory

I bet you that EA puts out the patch for College Football on Aug 31.

Think about it, Gamespot has been handing out coupons ever since NCAA came out last month saying trade in your copy for Madden and recieve 30 dollars or something like that. EA knowing that they put on a product that lets face it, is a let down from all the previews that we've seen before the game was out.

What if EA did this on purpose to have many gamers upset at the game, and trade it in for Madden. All while right after Madden comes out releasing a patch for NCAA fixing all the major problems of the game and making it play like a whole new game. Doing so that the people that traded in NCAA for Madden actually buy the game again and seeing the sales go up more.

    Cool story bro!

Sorry if that's a tad rude, but that makes almost no sense whatsoever.
    Football: Denver Broncos
    Baseball: Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs
    Hockey: Allentown Phantoms
NCAA: The College of William and Mary Tribe

William and Mary Class of 2018!

I would hope anyone who was dumb enough to trade in a game, just to buy it back later, would at least buy it "used" the second time. In wich case game sales for EA would not go up.
If EA did plan this, and their customers are dumb enough to buy a "new" game twice, then more power to them.

Ya and considering you would already have the online pass part linked to your account from the one you traded in, it would make absolutely no sense to buy another new copy to begin with. Silly theory.

Nah because Gamespot is just a gaming website and it doesn't sell games.

                    Isn't Gamespot a review website?
Isn't Gamestop the store we're conspiring against?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's what it was last time I checked.

And we faked the Moon landing at Area 51.

And what makes you think -

What makes you think that the many gamers are upset about the product? Cause you hear a bunch of people on OS that say so?

                        This reminds me of something:

The rioters in London are a very small minority but are the loudest so are getting all the attention. But would you make the claim that all Londoners are rioting?
(And no, I don't want to discuss this, just illustrating a point)

See my point? Just because a group of people maybe the loudest or most outspoken, doesn't mean they are the majority, or even right for that matter.

Ya what MagicMan said, the people at OS are very hard core players of their sports games. We nit pick everything. Making a game perfert or us is probably not possible. If they got it 80-90% perfect for us it would be awesome for the average player.

But thats why the EA guys read this forum I'm sure because we will find everything wrong about the game but also say the things we like and they seem to be taking some of that advise the last few years.

The least a conspiracy theorist could do is know the difference in Gamespot and Gamestop
