I'll wait for the people buying it the first week to post their impressions before buying. I will not buy into the hype like I did with ncaa 12.

Not me, as I said before and as the operation sports radio show said,I think EA is going to make everyone buy season ticket if they want to play the demo ( 3 days of the game). They'll stop doing demo's all together just to reel people in. If that happens will I buy season ticket? Nope i'm not caving into EA, i'll just read other peoples reactions.

Not me. If I want the game early I will try the mom and pop places I know. I already have it ordered at Gamestop and pretty much paid for anyway.

Driving all over central MD checking three stores? Sitting on Ebay hitting refresh? I'm very tempted to give this a go. I'm gonna get release day shipping from Amazon and the $20 bucks, if I do the same thing for FIFA, then I have already paid for season pass add in NHL and I've made out, so this offer the more I look into it seems like a pretty good deal. So I am on the fence, but I am leaning towards giving EA the $25 and hope that next year they say you can have the game 7 days early.

In gas I would spend and the cost of shipping from ebay if the local stores dont have this for one game it is worth it to me.

This. I played NCAA at my brothers house and thought it was pretty good. Went with the blind buy since I felt I would at least be playing games with him and a few friends. Can't stand the game now. Way over hyped.

So even though there is a great chance I will buy Madden for only the 3rd time this gen, I will still play it cautious and rent first.

Same here, Amazon is giving me a $20 credit for buying Madden 12 and FIFA 12 and a $10 credit for NHL 2012. So that paid for the Season Ticket and an additional $25 back. Not to mention Madden and FIFA are supposed to be delivered day of release. (I got NCAA 12 this way and it showed up at like 11am on release day)

So all in all thats pretty good deal for me. If I feel the Season Ticket sucked after year one though I might not buy it again. I would like to see them add some more premium content that only Season Ticket holders can get. If you are going to sell something special, make it special. Right now I think its ok but they could make it more worth the $25 and probably get more people to buy into it if they improve on what they are providing.

not wasting money on season ticket why should i pay extra and only get the game 3 days early and i know no one i know stupid enough to give extra money to ea if they dont have to

but everyone has there chose its there money and no one can tell u what to do with ur money but for me i think its stupid but thats how i feel

I'm considering it a lot more after playing the demo. Before I was 75% sure I was not going to buy it. Now it's 75% sure that I am going to buy it.

My problem is that, as I live in the UK, I would get to play the Season Ticket version for 3 (possibly 4) days, and then have to wait 7-10 days for my HoF edition to arrive from the US to carry on playing....

So that would just do my head in

So, as much as I would probably have gone for this if I had some sort of non-interrupted play option, I think I will have to pass on the Season Ticket.
