Just wondering if I'm the only person experiencing this issue where the custom sound for a defensive stop on 3rd down does not play if it is due to an incomplete pass. I noticed this in last year's game also, just wondering if it's something I'm doing, or if it is just a silly glitch that EA could easily fix? Thanks.

No, it's not just you - I've made four or five posts about it, here and at EA's forums, but apparently no one cares, or it's not happening to them, because when I mention it, no one ever quotes it. Had I not responded, I'd guess this thread would have gone unanswered too.
It's rather perplexing, because you'd think more people would complain about it if it was happening to everyone. Not to mention, like you said, it did the same thing last year: maybe it is just us for whatever reason. I dunno. But I don't like it. -

Such an odd overlooked omission on EA's part. The only time when a 3rd down defensive stop sound plays is when a player is tackled before getting a first down. Also, there is no defensive stop sound for a sack on 3rd down, or for that matter, any down. Disappointing. Seems like it could be a very easy fix in a patch.Comment
