Madden is making some huge, huge improvements this upcoming year. I'd like to play both games this year and plan on doing so but... NCAA needs ot keep pace with Madden.

Adding:
-Cut scenes people watch ONCE, twice tops
-A broken coaching carousel
-3d grass for replays only

Simply wont cut it in comparison the efforts that are being made for Madden, as much as I love college ball

And they care...why? They have the money. If they don't release a patch and all the problems stay, they still have a title that has sold 15% more in the first month than last years.

And by THEY I mean the suits with the power. I believe the 'team' wants to fix these issues but you gotta know there isn't any money in it for the company fixed or not.

I do also know next year they WON'T be getting my money up front. I will wait until the first of October before I even look at NCAA 13! And that makes me sad...

These ****in shaddy characters need to be replaced by the team that runs the show for madden. they are alot better and more efficient than the queers that run the ncaa show. you never see as many problems that need to be fixed with madden as you do with those losers from the ncaa team. their lazy, usless, piecies of ****. That's really not necessary, and personally attacking the developers will get you nowhere. Criticize their work, but don't attack them.

I've personally taken a break from the game. It's not that I'm angry or disheartened, but I'm taking some time off after playing the game for about 3 straight weeks pretty much non-stop. It's a good game, and with the patch and tuner set (alleged), this game will be fairly fantastic. So, I can wait a few weeks and get those hook-ups, then download some rosters, get a new dynasty started, nab a good set of sliders, and be on my way.

Ahh, the art of patience.

I don't know if I am enjoying the game, or addicted to Season Showdown more.

Anyways, I am having fun with the game. The two big things I saw in the list of fixes are progression (such as B+ teams the next year are D teams) and the fact that the defense doesn't react to a scrambling QB. They fix these two things and the game is golden to me. Sure I wish they would fix the game where the cpu pass coverage wasn't psychic on AA, but Varsity fixes that.

Yeah thats pretty much my cut off date if a patch isn't out by the time Madden is out then I'm trading it in and definitely not buying NCAA 13 until September or October next year

I really wish that NCAA developers didn't see Madden as a dream job and EA should've kept them two seperate entities with the only common thing between them being draft classes. College football has huge earning potential that they aren't tapping because of a lack of motivation. Shouldn't take two patches to make a AAA game playable on the level intended from Day 1.

It's without a doubt this is hurting EA's image and hopefully quality control will be more in focus with future titles, we can pretend that the suits are happy, but this type of publicity is killing them.
