Everyone plays the same: Come out in a tight TWO TE or I formation and they just constantly run the ball and the messed up part about it is thats almost unstoppable Ive played about 42 ranked matches and everyone plays like this. People know running the ball is cheese because its so damn easy. Can i play one person online that has a different play style.

I played this one guy who used Alabama and all he did was come out in a two TE set and just kept running the ball and i could do nothing about it. 46 didnt work 4-4 didn't work nor did goal line.

I swear EA has the worst community ever for Chessers i hope some else can make a College or NFL game in the near future, because EA designs games for striaght cheesers.

Im thinking about trading this game in for 2k12 and considering not even getting Madden 12

Played a guy online who just used ACE - BIG, couldn't really stop until I called the 335 - BEAR formation and just called zone plays while controlling the MLB, seemed to slow him down but that is if you use the 3-3-5 playbook.

That might be your problem. Personally I suck with the 4-3 but I'm 45-9 online with the 3-3-5. Like the guy above me said, USE the bear formation. Call a ton of zone if he's burning you outside. Middle plug is the best inside stuffer imo.

However, I recommend you creating 3-4 personnel out of the 335 Okie and audibling to a Bear before you get to the LOS. This theory sure works for me. I force people into the shotgun by the second quarter once they realize they won't be running on me.

Yeah I find I get tore up with the "Normal" defenses (43/34) but the 335 is great.

My only gripe with the 335 are the sorry nickel packages. That's why I created a CPB and scrapped all if that sorry 155/335/245 cheese and replaced it with the Nickel Normal. NN saved my life.

This game enables a running game, which is good, but makes passing above Freshman level a nightmare. I don't play online but if I did I'd be running 2/3rds of my downs too.

I don't think it's unrealistic at all that the 335 Bear stops the run, isn't that what it's intended for?

I use 4-3 over fire man to stop the run and control the mlb. I also use the 5-2 and stunt my dline to the strong side.

Actually, I don't think this is too improbable @ all.

Now, I am just now starting to become accustomed to the 335, and I could very well be wrong, but in my experience with it all it is is taking a 3-4 and replacing one of the linebackers with a SS, right? Why couldn't that personel stop the run effectively?

Unless you are thinking of the nickel 335. Still possible, but not as likely.
