I completely hear that. Maybe I should have named this sense of urgency. Just tonight I had a situation against Royals. Guy on first, Brayan Pena hits one over Andruw Jones head. Totally cool. Then he proceeds to pick the ball up casually run into the fence, then take another step, and throw to the cut off man Jeter. Jeter casually turns and throws home just missing the runner.

I can't tell you how many times I've tried to get the guy at home and even though he slides in, the catcher still tries to apply the tag, while the guy who got the hit takes second because the catcher is so mindless he doesn't care to notice.
