If you still have NCAA 11 recommend you load Playmakers1970 Alumni roster. Have never seen anyone create players that look and play as realistic. He also has a thread that lists some ratings with videos also.

From researching Bettis this is what i found out about his 40 time

Jerome Bettis ran a 4.48 second 40-yard dash at his 1993 NFL combine. He was later drafted 10th overall in the 1st round of the draft by the LA Rams

So my CAP would be the following ratings and equipment

yeah ias shocked myself but if you look at those videos i believe it.....it takes him awhile to get going but after he picks up some steam you can tell he can he was able to really fly back when he was younger.

I think Acceleration around 83-85 gets him out of the backfield at a realistic pace then BAM once he gets into that 2nd level at 250 lb's with that speed coming at you it's over if you don't gang tackle him
